Sungurbey Kaşif received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ilija Skugor came out and tried to block the shot, but Sungurbey Kaşif slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 21st minute. Güralp Benli kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Toni Mauzer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Croatia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 33 minutes into the match, Dinko Stankovic had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şansal Torlak. 19☆GÖZTEPE☆25's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dinko Stankovic was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. In the 36th minute, Cumali Ethem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Croatia getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Patrik Terzic hit a great ball. Cumali Ethem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Ilija Skugor made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Sungurbey Kaşif came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sungurbey Kaşif took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sungurbey Kaşif was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Cumali Ethem made a precise shot to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-2. Toni Mauzer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şansal Torlak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sungurbey Kaşif in the 63rd minute of play. Cumali Ethem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. Ahmet Reha Tokcan charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Reha Tokcan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Croatia booed when 19☆GÖZTEPE☆25 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Reha Tokcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sungurbey Kaşif in the 71st minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Çelik Kayaalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Çelik Kayaalp came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şansal Torlak came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Croatia's Dinko Stankovic. But to his dismay, Dinko Stankovic quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-3. Croatia's Benjamin Domazet shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Şansal Torlak but with some difficulty. 79 minutes into the game, Damir Pongrac was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Croatia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 19☆GÖZTEPE☆25 the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damir Pongrac to maneuver through the defense. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çelik Kayaalp in the 80th minute of the match. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sungurbey Kaşif went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-3 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in 19☆GÖZTEPE☆25's zone, Toni Mauzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şansal Torlak came out of the goal and Toni Mauzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Şansal Torlak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damir Pongrac's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute Çelik Kayaalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dinko Stankovic succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 8-4 in the 94th playminute.
