Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hipolito Osmundo to make the kick off. Tristan Franquis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Broers in the 59th minute of play. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Mantzio Poz was substituted for Wincent Kanczuszewski. 67 minutes into the match, Alberino Salgado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pablo Anaya, 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasios Machlas got free with Pablo Anaya in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Liu Liang Gang took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Pablo Anaya to make any attempt to save it. That made the score 2-5 after 88 minutes of play. 92 minutes into the game, Anastasios Machlas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pablo Anaya. Anastasios Machlas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. Pablo Anaya was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anastasios Machlas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 95 minute of play. The Motu supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's performance. The match ended with a win for Imperio Catatumbo de Lara.
