The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Sal came free, but Matey Trashliev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Velislav Chetkushev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anacleto Cordareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alek Rangachev in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, DARAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Velislav Chetkushev to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Marko Kyulafliev. Matey Trashliev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Hustaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, C. A. Potrero's Adan Hustaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matey Trashliev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omar Fagondo during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes C. A. Potrero got a freekick which was hit by Omar Fagondo. 31 minutes into the game, Albino Cruz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C. A. Potrero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DARAS the free kick. In the 31st match minute, C. A. Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Cruz to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Svetoslav Hrulev in the 31st minute really tested Anacleto Cordareo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 32nd match minute, C. A. Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Urki to maneuver through the defense. After 34 played minutes Kuzman Bondzhov rounded C. A. Potrero's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Anacleto Cordareo was a little too slow when Kuzman Bondzhov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-1. Matey Shumanski hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Velislav Chetkushev kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute, Alek Rangachev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Potrero's zone, Svetoslav Hrulev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anacleto Cordareo came out of the goal and Svetoslav Hrulev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute of the game, Marko Kyulafliev landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Santos Rafe fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. Potrero's protests and gave Santos Rafe a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of DARAS booed when C. A. Potrero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Rafe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes C. A. Potrero got a freekick which was hit by Albino Cruz. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Svetoslav Hrulev managed to get in a good position for a shot. DARAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Svetoslav Hrulev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anacleto Cordareo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anacleto Cordareo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kuzman Bondzhov went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute, Svetoslav Hrulev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 76th minute of the match Santos Rafe completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Santos Rafe a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 76th match minute, C. A. Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Rafe to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the C. A. Potrero defense, Kuzman Bondzhov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anacleto Cordareo. The C. A. Potrero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anacleto Cordareo should have stopped the shot. Anacleto Cordareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svetoslav Hrulev in the 85th minute of play. Matey Trashliev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Louis in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Svetoslav Hrulev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Anacleto Cordareo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th minute, Alek Rangachev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anacleto Cordareo was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. DARAS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of C. A. Potrero for a fine match.
