But to his dismay, Adalberto Vianna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento got control of the ball when Anísio Alagoano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 33 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Nilson Veloso. With a left leg Charles Sarmento saved Rondinone F.C - FDFDF from getting behind. After 83 minutes of play, Castanheiro SC's Mauro Sarmento made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charles Sarmento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Charles Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedito Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute of the match Castanheiro SC got a corner. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anísio Alagoano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Anísio Alagoano made a great header on Castanheiro SC's corner, it was just that Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento managed to reach the ball for a save. There was no doubt that Castanheiro SC were the better team. Castanheiro SC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
