Cugat Lara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Octavian Cristian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cugat Lara was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Pelayo Segura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Sergiu Rădescu made a huge save. Herauso Sarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergiu Rădescu having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Manole Nișu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herauso Sarro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 15th playminute. 18 minutes into the game, Herauso Sarro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Sergiu Rădescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Mandrake fc getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Millán Revuelta hit a great ball. Cugat Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Panaitescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Octavian Cristian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cugat Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorin Mereuță in the 31st minute of play forced Mandrake fc's goalkeeper Cugat Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Armada's Sergiu Rădescu got control of the ball when Herauso Sarro tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Berdaitz Valcarcel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Armada getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Manole Nișu hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 47 minutes into the game, when Apolo Montero put in a rough tackle. In the 48th match minute, Mandrake fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Montero to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute Duardo Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergiu Rădescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herauso Sarro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergiu Rădescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Cugat Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Nișu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Marian Panaitescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cugat Lara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Jimeno Naranjo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mandrake fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Armada the free kick. Mandrake fc's Duardo Reyes got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonard Vulcan kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
