Pelayo Segura took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Muno Naranjo. Campanar City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Pelayo Segura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Muno Naranjo. Campanar City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pelayo Segura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Mandrake fc's Herauso Sarro got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pelayo Segura might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Muno Naranjo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pelayo Segura ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pelayo Segura in the 21st minute of play forced Campanar City's goalkeeper Muno Naranjo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Pelayo Segura sped through Campanar City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Muno Naranjo. Herauso Sarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Campanar City's goal looked a bit too open when Herauso Sarro came free, but Muno Naranjo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Pelayo Segura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muno Naranjo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Mandrake fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duardo Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Bernard Orbiz kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pelayo Segura to make the kick off. Muno Naranjo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteve Mezquita in the 51st minute. After 52 minutes, Tulio Saura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mandrake fc and the Campanar City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Tulio Saura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cugat Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertin Vuelta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Turi Hernandez during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gaston Amorebieta ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Pelayo Segura put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Muno Naranjo. The supporters of Mandrake fc booed when Campanar City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Serena didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Campanar City's goalkeeper Muno Naranjo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Esteve Mezquita. Mandrake fc's Cugat Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertin Vuelta in the 72nd minute of play. Bertin Vuelta charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertin Vuelta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th match minute, Campanar City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertin Vuelta to maneuver through the defense. Bertin Vuelta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cugat Lara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Campanar City's Muno Naranjo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herauso Sarro in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of Campanar City booed when Mandrake fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herauso Sarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceandro Torrent took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cugat Lara. Mandrake fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Muno Naranjo came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Mandrake fc's Pelayo Segura. But to his dismay, Pelayo Segura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Mandrake fc's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
