Umberto Dionísio started the match with the kick off. Primitivo Papo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Benedito Mineiro scored 2-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Primitivo Papo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute Benedito Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Papo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute Castanheiro SC were awarded a corner. Anísio Alagoano went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Anísio Alagoano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Piratas FC's Primitivo Papo did a great save. Primitivo Papo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedito Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Primitivo Papo. Primitivo Papo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Célio Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Umberto Dionísio in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Primitivo Papo saved Piratas FC from getting behind. A collision led to Piratas FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Saul Rodas hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Primitivo Papo. That made the score 5-0 after 38 minutes of play. The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Vito didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Piratas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Piratas FC's Primitivo Papo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Dionísio in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Mineiro in the 45th minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Primitivo Papo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute, Castanheiro SC's Anísio Alagoano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Primitivo Papo. Primitivo Papo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The wind increased when Martin Dalmai made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Anísio Alagoano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Primitivo Papo was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 60th minute Umberto Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Papo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Primitivo Papo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Umberto Dionísio went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Primitivo Papo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Mauro Sarmento took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Primitivo Papo. Primitivo Papo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedito Mineiro in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Primitivo Papo saved Piratas FC from getting behind. Primitivo Papo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umberto Dionísio in the 74th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Castanheiro SC's Anísio Alagoano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Primitivo Papo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Benedito Mineiro succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 11-0. Primitivo Papo came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Castanheiro SC's Benedito Mineiro. But to his dismay, Benedito Mineiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. When the referee ended the match the Castanheiro SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
