Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dorin Mereuță started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Benedito Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sergiu Rădescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergiu Rădescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Sergiu Rădescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Anísio Alagoano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castanheiro SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anísio Alagoano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergiu Rădescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magno Pereira in the 29th minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Sergiu Rădescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergiu Rădescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Umberto Dionísio's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Sergiu Rădescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedito Mineiro in the 30th minute of play. Pedrinho Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorin Mereuță in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Armada getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Manole Nișu hit a great ball. After 37 minutes of play, Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sergiu Rădescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sergiu Rădescu came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio. But to his dismay, Umberto Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Magno Pereira fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Castanheiro SC's protests and gave Magno Pereira a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Magno Pereira. Marian Panaitescu hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Pedrinho Guimarães came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Armada's Octavian Cristian. But to his dismay, Octavian Cristian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The audience was convinced that Mauro Sarmento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sergiu Rădescu was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Sergiu Rădescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armada's Sergiu Rădescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Dionísio in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Anísio Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Castanheiro SC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
