Donato Nalo hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Melquiades Salvatore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepe Macho in the 6th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Milian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mandrake fc the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Atlético Atlanta fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Mandrake fc. Pepe Macho stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Melquiades Salvatore. 1-0. When Club Atlético Atlanta's Bonifacio Cresconio in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mandrake fc's goalie prevented a goal. Elar Quero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Sarracino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Pelayo Segura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melquiades Salvatore was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 42nd minute Gabriel Maldonado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Salvatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pepe Macho hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pelayo Segura made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Severino Huly could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Elar Quero however easily saved by the left post. Elar Quero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Sarracino in the 55th minute of play. Elar Quero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bonifacio Cresconio's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Duardo Reyes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 61 played minutes Mandrake fc got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo De Pablo. With 63 minutes on the clock, Teobaldo Milian commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 64th minute, Teobaldo Milian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Bonifacio Cresconio got a free kick in the 71st minute. 77 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's Artemio Jaunti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elar Quero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Artemio Jaunti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 played minutes, Club Atlético Atlanta's Anacleto Admon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Elar Quero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Atlético Atlanta reached it. After having played for 92 minutes, Duardo Reyes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mandrake fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duardo Reyes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
