A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Aurelian Acalinei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Grigore Purje got a free kick in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Corneliu Sântimbrean managed to get in a good position for a shot. -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's supporters rose to their feet, but Corneliu Sântimbrean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Muno Naranjo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Muno Naranjo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Sântimbrean, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Eduardo Carceles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Octav Hortopan. -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceandro Torrent during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Campanar City's Muno Naranjo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Filimon in the 42nd minute of play. Eugen Perișoară hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anaut Bravo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Muno Naranjo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelian Acalinei in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelian Acalinei in the 58th minute of play forced Campanar City's goalkeeper Muno Naranjo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Campanar City booed when -BZF- Fc Gheraseni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugen Perișoară didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Gaston Amorebieta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Muno Naranjo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Corneliu Sântimbrean. But to his dismay, Corneliu Sântimbrean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of -BZF- Fc Gheraseni booed when Campanar City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Ocaña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corneliu Sântimbrean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muno Naranjo having to interfere. Cristinel Niculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 82 played minutes, Campanar City's Gaston Amorebieta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Octav Hortopan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Campanar City reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corneliu Sântimbrean in the 84th minute of play forced Campanar City's goalkeeper Muno Naranjo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
