Fred Flinta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, Juventudes Libertárias's goal looked a bit too open when Cao Zhen came free, but Mauro Eliazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Arvin Gerdberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waldir Vargas struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Edward Engström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventudes Libertárias. In the 14th match minute, Juventudes Libertárias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Vander to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 14 minutes, Jullian Marichal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joxa mé trasan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jullian Marichal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Juventudes Libertárias getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Augusto Vander hit a great ball. Jullian Marichal might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauro Eliazar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jullian Marichal ran back to his position shaking his head. Fred Flinta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Mauro Eliazar made a huge save. Edward Engström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ritvaldis Rau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juventudes Libertárias's Mauro Eliazar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Juventudes Libertárias from getting a goal against them. Nildo Pereira's late challenge caught a Joxa mé trasan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nildo Pereira helped the player get up and apologised. Nildo Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Fred Flinta came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mauro Eliazar could save by the left post. Mauro Eliazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cao Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 40 minutes of play, Joxa mé trasan's Fred Flinta made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Eliazar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edward Engström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Camargo in the 47th minute of play. Juventudes Libertárias's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Waldir Vargas in the 51st minute. Waldir Vargas made a great header on Juventudes Libertárias's corner, it was just that Joxa mé trasan's Edward Engström managed to reach the ball for a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fred Flinta to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juventudes Libertárias's goalkeeper Mauro Eliazar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joxa mé trasan's Cao Zhen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Noel Valle in the 58 minute of the game. After 59 played minutes Juventudes Libertárias got a freekick which was hit by Yu Ying Yang. After 61 minutes, Fred Flinta made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Juventudes Libertárias's Mauro Eliazar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fred Flinta in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Eliazar saved Juventudes Libertárias from getting behind. In the 74th minute, Fred Flinta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joxa mé trasan's Arne Bronco was substituted for Cao Zhen. Joxa mé trasan's Arne Bronco got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yu Ying Yang kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Noel Valle threw the ball into play from the sideline. Joxa mé trasan's Kevin Hellström quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 87th minute Alexsandro Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juventudes Libertárias's Mauro Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Flinta in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute Fred Flinta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Eliazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Joxa mé trasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Hellström to maneuver through the defense. Juventudes Libertárias's Mauro Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Bronco in the 98th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Juventudes Libertárias's Noel Valle got a free kick in the 99th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Joxa mé trasan fans cheered their team off the field, for while Juventudes Libertárias had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
