The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Club 23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nae Lalescu to maneuver through the defense. Club 23's Nae Lalescu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Serafino Gaitano, made in the 12th minute of the game. Karl-Michael Melander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Remus Vuia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jun Osborne got free with Remus Vuia in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeremias Vedillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liu Chao Xiao in the 20th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Club 23 got a freekick which was hit by Nae Lalescu. 24 minutes into the match, Club 23's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Melander came free, but Remus Vuia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remus Vuia made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Jun Osborne sent off a good shot on target. Karl-Michael Melander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Remus Vuia made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Michael Melander got free with Remus Vuia in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Melander in the 36th minute of play forced Club 23's goalkeeper Remus Vuia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Club 23's Liu Chao Xiao nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Vedillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Club 23's Ragnar Lönn got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

Jeremias Vedillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Chao Xiao, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Liu Chao Xiao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jeremias Vedillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liu Chao Xiao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Jeremias Vedillo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liu Chao Xiao in the 65th minute of play forced C.A.M.P's goalkeeper Jeremias Vedillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remus Vuia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Melander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Liu Chao Xiao got free with Jeremias Vedillo in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeremias Vedillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ragnar Lönn went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. C.A.M.P made a substitution. Ciriaco Mannuel replaced Sebastian Ongile. Remus Vuia came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.M.P's Karl-Michael Melander. But to his dismay, Karl-Michael Melander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Club 23's Aron Chițes was substituted for Liu Chao Xiao. Roch Marud kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute Karl-Michael Melander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Vuia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Melander in the 86th minute of play forced Club 23's goalkeeper Remus Vuia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Șerban Dan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club 23's supporters rose to their feet, but Șerban Dan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Vedillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeremias Vedillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Chițes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
