After 10 minutes, Patrik Ennegren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haymakers FC and the Juventudes Libertárias players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 played minutes Haymakers FC got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Ennegren. 13 minutes into the match, Juventudes Libertárias's goalkeeper Mauro Eliazar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niklas Öberg. In the 15th minute Patrik Ennegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Eliazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Fábio Favoretto made a precise shot to the right of Rickard Wallengren. Haymakers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 30 minutes into the match, Haymakers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexsandro Simão came free, but Rickard Wallengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rickard Wallengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ritvaldis Rau in the 36th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ritvaldis Rau was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Haymakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niclas Hermansson to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Ahlbeck in the 53rd minute of play forced Juventudes Libertárias's goalkeeper Mauro Eliazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juventudes Libertárias's Mauro Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Öberg in the 56th minute of play. When Kurt Ahlbeck fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haymakers FC's protests and gave Kurt Ahlbeck a yellow card for diving instead. Juventudes Libertárias's Mauro Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Ahlbeck in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute Alexsandro Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Wallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Juventudes Libertárias's Ritvaldis Rau dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Mauro Eliazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Pil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Ritvaldis Rau made a precise shot to the right of Rickard Wallengren. Haymakers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After a rather tough play, Haymakers FC's Stig-Åke Nyman got a free kick in the 78th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Juventudes Libertárias's Waldir Vargas tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Rickard Wallengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexsandro Simão in the 80th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Alexsandro Simão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rickard Wallengren was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Haymakers FC's Rickard Wallengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ritvaldis Rau in the 84th minute of play. Juventudes Libertárias were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Haymakers FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Waldir Vargas took the corner. After 87 minutes Haymakers FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Waldir Vargas who took care of the corner kick. Waldir Vargas made a great header on Juventudes Libertárias's corner, it was just that Haymakers FC's Rickard Wallengren managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 91st minute, Juventudes Libertárias's Carlinhos de Lara ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rickard Wallengren. Rickard Wallengren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. 94 minutes into the match, Juventudes Libertárias's Carlinhos de Lara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rickard Wallengren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Haymakers FC's goalkeeper Rickard Wallengren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ritvaldis Rau. When the match was over Juventudes Libertárias could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Haymakers FC throughout the match.
