Aaron Gasteiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Manex having to interfere. Mario Cordario was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 13th minute. BEIJO CARNAVAL's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 14 minutes into the match, Teofilo Ferman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Melquiades Manex, 2-0. Ambrosio Mannie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Gelacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Cordario got free with Melquiades Manex in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Barbosa in the 26th minute of play forced BEIJO CARNAVAL's goalkeeper Ambrosio Mannie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Mario Cordario sped through Santa Maradona's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Melquiades Manex. Teofilo Ferman charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Mario Cordario did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Melquiades Manex 39 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Santa Maradona defense, Florentino Ciano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melquiades Manex. The Santa Maradona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melquiades Manex should have stopped the shot. Mario Cordario's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 48thth minute, Melquiades Manex skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Cordario to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Florentino Ciano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Manex was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 84th minute, Edgardo Franco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Edgardo Franco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Melquiades Manex was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Florentino Ciano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Manex read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Edgardo Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Melquiades Manex tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Edgardo Franco sped through Santa Maradona's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Melquiades Manex. After 95 played minutes BEIJO CARNAVAL got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Ferman.
