Zeledon Platon's late challenge caught a Suipacha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeledon Platon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute Marcin Najman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Brion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Arce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Lucero having to interfere. Mario Brion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcin Najman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Hernan Urtsin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Donato Lucero. The goal made the score 1-2. If Hernan Urtsin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcin Najman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mario Brion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BARRILETE COSMICO's Godofredo Fonda was substituted for Zeledon Platon. The supporters of BARRILETE COSMICO booed when Suipacha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Alonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. BARRILETE COSMICO's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
