An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Paz in the 8th minute of play forced Martin Palermo F.C.'s goalkeeper Martín Izquierdo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Martin Palermo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Paz came free, but Martín Izquierdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ToRoS FiRe F.C. getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Dario Lizbeth hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Mauro Efren sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ToRoS FiRe F.C.'s Alberto Matxin didn't even have to move. 22 minutes into the game, ToRoS FiRe F.C.'s Marciano Elazar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martín Izquierdo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Marciano Elazar struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Martín Izquierdo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ToRoS FiRe F.C.. Martín Izquierdo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcial Paz's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 31st match minute, ToRoS FiRe F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Florian to maneuver through the defense. Martín Izquierdo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito Dacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Benjamin Izquierdo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Alberto Matxin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aureliano Urbes might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberto Matxin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Urbes ran back to his position shaking his head. The Martin Palermo F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ToRoS FiRe F.C. were winning 0-1.

If Marcial Paz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Lizbeth hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Martin Palermo F.C.'s Mauro Efren tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Hipolito Dacio hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 67 minutes, Hipolito Dacio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ToRoS FiRe F.C. and the Martin Palermo F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Martin Palermo F.C. booed when ToRoS FiRe F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Dacio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Martin Palermo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Dacio came free, but Martín Izquierdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benicio Izquierdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aureliano Urbes's late challenge caught a ToRoS FiRe F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of ToRoS FiRe F.C. booed when Martin Palermo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Urbes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Hipolito Dacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Martin Palermo F.C. getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Benjamin Izquierdo hit a great ball. Benicio Izquierdo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Alberto Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nestor Lertxun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alberto Matxin having to make a save. The Martin Palermo F.C. manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing ToRoS FiRe F.C. to win.
