Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Metod Mlynar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johan Lång got free with Henrich Slany in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Johan Lång came free with the goalkeeper in the 5th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Henrich Slany could save by the left post. ATLETIC AB's Eneko Alvarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Metod Mlynar in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Slovakia's Pavol Koleno broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Slovakia's Henrich Slany proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Slovakia from getting a goal against them. Henrich Slany was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Johan Lång capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Johan Lång really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in ATLETIC AB's zone, Metod Mlynar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eneko Alvarez came out of the goal and Metod Mlynar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Vilmantas Ubavičius came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, ATLETIC AB's Vilmantas Ubavičius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henrich Slany narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Slovakia booed when ATLETIC AB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilabertus Bultes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Slovakia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vilmantas Ubavičius 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Nestor Placiencia scored 3-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrich Slany, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the match, ATLETIC AB's goal looked a bit too open when Metod Mlynar came free, but Eneko Alvarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johan Lång. The long shot by Betadur Sagasti in the 39th minute really tested Henrich Slany's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Txilar Lasso kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Vilmantas Ubavičius was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 46th minute. ATLETIC AB's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johan Lång got free with Henrich Slany in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

After 52 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Metod Mlynar. Vilmantas Ubavičius took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Henrich Slany showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilmantas Ubavičius in the 66th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the game, Vavrinec Koleno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slovakia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ATLETIC AB the free kick. Vavrinec Koleno hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Vít Biskup charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vít Biskup the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 71st play minutes Johan Lång shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Henrich Slany and just under the crossbar into goal. Metod Mlynar charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Metod Mlynar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Johan Lång received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrich Slany stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bertran Soberon's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilmantas Ubavičius in the 80th minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes, Johan Lång made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Slovakia's Henrich Slany tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 89 minutes of play, ATLETIC AB's Vilmantas Ubavičius made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrich Slany was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vavrinec Koleno got his second yellow card in the match during the 93rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground.
