The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, F.C. KASABALI 45's goal looked a bit too open when Fitz Lambley came free, but Rüştü Rencber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.C. KASABALI 45's Rüştü Rencber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fitz Lambley in the 8th minute of play. Ümit Salik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Nikolay Bonkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jozef Lewandowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rüştü Rencber was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After having played for 16 minutes, Jozef Lewandowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KASABALI 45 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rüştü Rencber should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jozef Lewandowski in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rüştü Rencber saved F.C. KASABALI 45 from getting behind. Ümit Salik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nikolay Bonkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Celal Atlıhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fitz Lambley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

F.C. KASABALI 45's Rüştü Rencber proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save F.C. KASABALI 45 from getting a goal against them. Garlic Eaters's Greg Gavan was substituted for Fitz Lambley. Rüştü Rencber made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Jozef Lewandowski sent off a good shot on target. Rüştü Rencber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jozef Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Nikolay Bonkov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Garlic Eaters played a much better game than F.C. KASABALI 45 and deserved their victory. The F.C. KASABALI 45 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
