Wojciech Duda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Guilherme Vides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 played minutes Los Hermanos CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Moura. In the 44th minute, Gu Guang Cheng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José de Queirós was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Gu Guang Cheng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Guadalupe FC - CIMZ booed when Los Hermanos CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Varane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wojciech Duda made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Erivaldo Maia sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd minute, Erivaldo Maia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guadalupe FC - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Los Hermanos CIMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
