With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wojciech Nocny in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Peña saved Club Deportivo Águila from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Egon Lepisk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egon Lepisk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Club Deportivo Águila defense, Wojciech Nocny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Peña. The Club Deportivo Águila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Peña should have stopped the shot.
