Emanuel Podgoreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Fritz in the 7th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Rondanelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Felin. 11 minutes into the match, CSD Concepción's Sebastian Felin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgardo Rondanelli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Serafín Jarpa made a great header on CSD Concepción's corner, it was just that Talcampeón FC's Edgardo Rondanelli managed to reach the ball for a save. Talcampeón FC's Edgardo Rondanelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Felin in the 15th minute of play. Edgardo Rondanelli was a little too slow when Sebastian Felin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Felin came free, but Edgardo Rondanelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Sebastian Felin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Edgardo Rondanelli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edgardo Rondanelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Felin to make the kick off. Marcelino Fritz might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Podgoreanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelino Fritz ran back to his position shaking his head. 61 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Felin came free, but Edgardo Rondanelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgardo Rondanelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Felin in the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Felin came free, but Edgardo Rondanelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Felin in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Rondanelli saved Talcampeón FC from getting behind. Sebastian Felin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Rondanelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Edgardo Soto Tapia kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Edgardo Rondanelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Antonio Amenábar in the 79th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, CSD Concepción's Manuel Antonio Amenábar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgardo Rondanelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Emanuel Podgoreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Fritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Edgardo Rondanelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Antonio Amenábar in the 90th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Manuel Antonio Amenábar made a precise shot to the right of Edgardo Rondanelli. Talcampeón FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Manuel Antonio Amenábar took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgardo Rondanelli. Edgardo Rondanelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Talcampeón FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
