Leftraro's Nahuel Catrileo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabino Calvo in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, C.F. Leftraro's Amaru Marileo got a free kick in the 7th minute. Nahuel Catrileo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabino Calvo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Gabino Calvo scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nahuel Catrileo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anísio Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Trucco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, C.F. Leftraro's Patricio Trucco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anísio Aparecido narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amaru Marileo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 16 minutes into the game, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Gabino Calvo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nahuel Catrileo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabino Calvo in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nahuel Catrileo saved C.F. Leftraro from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Gabino Calvo put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Nahuel Catrileo. Raymundo Carilao hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Raymundo Carilao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ornitorrincos F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 26 minutes into the match, C.F. Leftraro's goal looked a bit too open when Gabino Calvo came free, but Nahuel Catrileo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anísio Aparecido made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Patricio Trucco sent off a good shot on target. Nahuel Catrileo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lester Clavijo in the 31st minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amaru Marileo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute Patricio Trucco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anísio Aparecido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leftraro's supporters rose to their feet, but Amaru Marileo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anísio Aparecido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
