The tension between the Obi Wan Cannabis and the Ornitorrincos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Obi Wan Cannabis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Jerico to maneuver through the defense. La Cimas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabino Calvo in the 10th minute of the match. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Jon-Ander Echeverría was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but La Cimas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Santiago Diaz Montero charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Diaz Montero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, Santiago Diaz Montero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Raymundo Carilao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but La Cimas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes of play, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Gabino Calvo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. La Cimas was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymundo Carilao in the 29th minute of play forced Obi Wan Cannabis's goalkeeper La Cimas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Gabino Calvo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabino Calvo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raymundo Carilao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Cimas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon-Ander Echeverría in the 43rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Obi Wan Cannabis defense, Jon-Ander Echeverría kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of La Cimas. The Obi Wan Cannabis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that La Cimas should have stopped the shot. After the first half Ornitorrincos F.C. were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santiago Diaz Montero to strike the kick off in the second half. When Raymundo Carilao came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the Ornitorrincos F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raymundo Carilao couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute, Teodor Buitrago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. La Cimas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabino Calvo in the 60th minute of play. Obi Wan Cannabis's Quentín Dittmann got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 62 minutes of play, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Gabino Calvo made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. La Cimas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabino Calvo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Cimas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabino Calvo in the 72nd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Obi Wan Cannabis's goal looked a bit too open when Jon-Ander Echeverría came free, but La Cimas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quentín Dittmann charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
