After taking down the ball on Altermundi FC's corner Justo Zubicueta fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Xaiver Rosende quite easily take care of the ball. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.A. Peñarol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Visen Allu was slow to take the kick. During this time Altermundi FC's players had a chance to rest. After 8 played minutes C.A. Peñarol got a freekick which was hit by Menéndez Mallea. Xaiver Rosende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Visen Allu in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gong Ao Guang. A throw-in in the 21st minute of the game was made by Celedonio Maritano with Marco Nancupel as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 22 minutes into the match, C.A. Peñarol's goal looked a bit too open when Visen Allu came free, but Xaiver Rosende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Sergiu Zgrăbunţa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xaiver Rosende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Visen Allu in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Visen Allu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xaiver Rosende. C.A. Peñarol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Visen Allu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Celedonio Maritano hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th match minute, C.A. Peñarol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Maritano to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gong Ao Guang to make the kick off. Xaiver Rosende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Zubicueta in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute Altermundi FC were awarded a corner. Visen Allu went to the cornerflag to take it. Xaiver Rosende was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Visen Allu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Visen Allu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Visen Allu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Xaiver Rosende made a huge save. Xaiver Rosende made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Gerónimo Molina sent off a good shot on target. Altermundi FC's Gaitano Speed was substituted for Justo Zubicueta. Altermundi FC's Pío Ducoing was substituted for Sergiu Zgrăbunţa. Xaiver Rosende made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Gerónimo Molina sent off a good shot on target.
