Rey Acitores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Sobczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, José Mora managed to get in a good position for a shot. GALACTICOS's supporters rose to their feet, but José Mora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Beliran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣'s Maximo Abajas got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 41 minutes of play, ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣'s Melquiades Gurutz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rey Acitores was left in no man's land by his defense there! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Rodrigo Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Mietus in the 55th minute of the match. ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣'s attentive Cristo Ricart managed to snatch the ball when José Mora made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. David Râznicu made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣'s Yao Yong Yuan. After a defensive mix-up in GALACTICOS's zone, Melquiades Gurutz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rey Acitores came out of the goal and Melquiades Gurutz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Pawel Mietus put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rodrigo Beliran. Rey Acitores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Claus, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The corner led ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣'s Agah Özver to fire away a dangerous shot which Rey Acitores despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
