Despite this Leonel Rocco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Cascadia United getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Baltasar Piorno hit a great ball. The Taltum FC fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Taltum FC's Flavio Cifuentes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leonel Rocco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Cifuentes in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Cifuentes in the 21st minute of play forced Cascadia United's goalkeeper Leonel Rocco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Flavio Cifuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Rocco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Cifuentes in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Rocco saved Cascadia United from getting behind. Taltum FC's Flavio Cifuentes got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonel Rocco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Cifuentes in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Cascadia United's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Cifuentes came free, but Leonel Rocco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltasar Piorno's late challenge caught a Taltum FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltasar Piorno helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th match minute, Cascadia United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Piorno to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Wang Di Yi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Cascadia United's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Cifuentes came free, but Leonel Rocco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miguel Ángel Benito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Cascadia United's Miguel Ángel Benito ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zhang Hao Qing. Zhang Hao Qing yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. A well-hit corner resulted in 傅延斐 heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Taltum FC's Espinosa Marco was substituted for Marcelo Cavenaghi. Zhang Hao Qing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Ángel Benito in the 65th minute. Miguel Ángel Benito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Zhang Hao Qing made a huge save. Leonel Rocco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Obregón Pardemanos, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Cascadia United's goal looked a bit too open when Obregón Pardemanos came free, but Leonel Rocco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Obregón Pardemanos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonel Rocco was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Leonel Rocco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Obregón Pardemanos in the 84th minute of the match. Leonel Rocco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Obregón Pardemanos's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The Taltum FC fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Taltum FC's Obregón Pardemanos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 93 minutes of play, Taltum FC's Obregón Pardemanos made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonel Rocco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leonel Rocco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Obregón Pardemanos in the 97th minute of play. Taltum FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
