After a rather tough play, Atlético Matorrales's Jeremias Hitz got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 12th match minute, AFC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uxio Sobrado to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Loco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andries De Putter went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Andries De Putter scored 3-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonardo Loco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeremias Hitz kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Andries De Putter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Leonardo Loco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AFC United made a substitution. Bilintx Trilla replaced Şenel Volkan. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AFC United reached it. When Andries De Putter came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the AFC United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andries De Putter couldn't finish the play. If Peru Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Andries De Putter came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the AFC United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andries De Putter couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Matorrales's zone, Andries De Putter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Loco came out of the goal and Andries De Putter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
