Herbert Pracki hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, Los Delfines's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Pracki came free, but Matías Patrone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fan Yang Hong hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Los Delfines's Alessio Borrelli got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Herbert Pracki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Matías Patrone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th minute Alessio Borrelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cumhur Günay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Matías Patrone made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Los Delfines's Honorio Eder got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Matías Patrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Pracki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Delfines's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ciriaco Selmo in the 39th minute. The supporters of Los Delfines booed when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fan Yang Hong didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Borrelli in the 43rd minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herbert Pracki to make the kick off. When Alessio Borrelli came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Los Delfines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessio Borrelli couldn't finish the play. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Pracki in the 55th minute of play. Matías Patrone came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Herbert Pracki. But to his dismay, Herbert Pracki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Steve Harris was substituted for Luca Savini. Alessio Borrelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogério Ceni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alessio Borrelli ran back to his position shaking his head. Los Delfines's Victor Jerrold was substituted for Saverio Regis. Los Delfines made a substitution. Lucas Urbez replaced Alessio Borrelli. Matías Patrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cumhur Günay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS made a substitution. Navin Dale replaced Guillermo Frank. Los Delfines were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucas Urbez took the corner. The corner led Los Delfines's Hilario Asteri to fire away a dangerous shot which Rogério Ceni despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 76 played minutes Los Delfines got a freekick which was hit by Benê Møltov. A hard shot 80 in the game by Lucas Urbez from a close distance when the talented Rogério Ceni managed to make a qualified save. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's players were relieved. After some careless play in the Belgrano LOS PIRATAS defense, Lucas Urbez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogério Ceni. The Belgrano LOS PIRATAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogério Ceni should have stopped the shot. Matías Patrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Hartz, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Teodoro Hartz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matías Patrone was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. With a little luck, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Rogério Ceni got control of the ball when Lucas Urbez tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Teodoro Hartz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Matías Patrone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Delfines players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Belgrano LOS PIRATAS.
