Despidida AFC's Armando Ubarna got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Luisito Astigar fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KaoS Futbol Club's protests and gave Luisito Astigar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Luisito Astigar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Isaias Oihan got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 33rd match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Gaztea to maneuver through the defense. Lisandro Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Asteri having to interfere. Adan Perfecto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Gaztea in the 48th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Faustino Gaztea was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Gaztea came free, but Adan Perfecto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KaoS Futbol Club's Adan Perfecto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Gaztea in the 59th minute of play. In the 69th minute Arnoldo Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Perfecto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Despidida AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roberto Herensuge in the 70th minute. Despidida AFC were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after KaoS Futbol Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Herensuge took the corner. In the 78th minute Isaias Oihan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Perfecto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 played minutes KaoS Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Bastiaro. Roberto Herensuge took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adan Perfecto. KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Faustino Gaztea took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adan Perfecto. Adan Perfecto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Despidida AFC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Fabian Tximitx hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Armando Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adan Perfecto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Herensuge in the 94th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Arias during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to KaoS Futbol Club getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Armando Arias hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Despidida AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
