The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Heavenly Hooters's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Max Langford in the 4th minute. A nice corner shot did that Max Langford got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacinto Ermano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 14th minute, Placido Kauldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marty Hill came free, but Jacinto Ermano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Teodelina FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Modesto Tercero hit a great ball. Harold Lloyd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Ermano having to interfere. Jacinto Ermano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marty Hill went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Modesto Tercero hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute of the match Jeff Lincoln shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacinto Ermano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Heavenly Hooters's goalkeeper Kyle Connor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Modesto Tercero. In the 33rd minute, Harold Lloyd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Ermano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Hill in the 41st minute of play. Jacinto Ermano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Hill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Heavenly Hooters's Dom Billing got a free kick in the 44th minute. Jacinto Ermano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry Lowe in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Modesto Tercero was the one to do the kick off. Jacinto Ermano made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Marty Hill sent off a good shot on target. 56 minutes into the match, Modesto Tercero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kyle Connor. Heavenly Hooters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Modesto Tercero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jacinto Ermano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harold Lloyd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the game, Heavenly Hooters's Marty Hill nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacinto Ermano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 80 minutes into the match, Marty Hill dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacinto Ermano, 1-4. Jacinto Ermano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Goodwin in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, Heavenly Hooters's Marty Hill dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Harold Lloyd hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 92nd match minute, Heavenly Hooters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barry Lowe to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the game, Dom Billing recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacinto Ermano. Dom Billing showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Heavenly Hooters's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
