The audience thought a goal was coming when Luisito Errando got free with Severiano Frasco in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Severiano Frasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pocho Lavezzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pocho Lavezzi in the 15th minute of play forced Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper Severiano Frasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 minutes of play, Zuberbühler FC's Teodoro Mosen made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Calvino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ciriaco Calvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Mosen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciriaco Calvino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodoro Mosen went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ciriaco Calvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Mosen in the 36th minute of the match. Pocho Lavezzi hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Luisito Errando was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Urbano Koldo made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Aves Negras booed when Zuberbühler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the game, one of Aves Negras:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 59 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Clemencin. In the 62nd minute of the match, Elvio Sasoin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ciriaco Calvino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Teodoro Mosen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zuberbühler FC's Adan Mouricio was substituted for Donato Godoy. Esteve Gai scored 0-4 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciriaco Calvino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tadeo Heli kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Severiano Frasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pocho Lavezzi's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urbano Koldo in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severiano Frasco saved Zuberbühler FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Burni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severiano Frasco was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Severiano Frasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Burni in the 85th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Koldo came free, but Severiano Frasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zuberbühler FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
