Tahsin Orguntay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo Teixeira in the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of Santos da Bahia Fc booed when Under 18 Universe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asrın Peyami didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kadri Coşan kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match Valdemar Pena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tahsin Orguntay showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Santos da Bahia Fc defense, Kadri Coşan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacinto Aparecido. The Santos da Bahia Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacinto Aparecido should have stopped the shot. Jacinto Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hulusi Berkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Dinei Lara charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dinei Lara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Kadri Coşan sped through Santos da Bahia Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacinto Aparecido. In the 21st minute Osman Ali Seyyid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Aparecido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kadri Coşan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacinto Aparecido came out and tried to block the shot, but Kadri Coşan slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 28th minute. After 38 played minutes Santos da Bahia Fc got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Pena. The crowd rose to their feet as Ümit Akersoy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacinto Aparecido. That made the score 4-0 in the 44 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Ümit Akersoy took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacinto Aparecido. Jacinto Aparecido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 55th minute, Hulusi Berkman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacinto Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ümit Akersoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Lisa Simpson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tahsin Orguntay was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Tahsin Orguntay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adilson Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 73rd minute Valdemar Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tahsin Orguntay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 minutes of play, Under 18 Universe's Kadri Coşan made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Aparecido was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luís Paulo Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ümit Akersoy in the 83rd minute of play forced Santos da Bahia Fc's goalkeeper Jacinto Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinei Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Jacinto Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hulusi Berkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Hulusi Berkman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Jacinto Aparecido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
