The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lisandro Iraunkor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Jan Basaik made a huge save. Jan Basaik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Iraunkor in the 12th minute of play. Jan Basaik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lisandro Iraunkor's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The corner led Mafia Koniaka's Radomil Dudkowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan Basaik despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lisandro Iraunkor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Basaik came out and tried to block the shot, but Lisandro Iraunkor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. The supporters of Mafia Koniaka booed when KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ale Glowacz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ale Glowacz in the 30th minute of play forced Mafia Koniaka's goalkeeper Walery Balkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Iraunkor scored 2-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Basaik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 38 minutes into the game, Lisandro Iraunkor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan Basaik. Lisandro Iraunkor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Lisandro Iraunkor hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Mikolaj Roman hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Mikolaj Roman charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mikolaj Roman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mafia Koniaka booed when KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikolaj Roman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's zone, Lúcio da Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Basaik came out of the goal and Lúcio da Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lisandro Iraunkor to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute of the game Niculae Ghionea made a throw-in which Roberto-Carlos Petrović played forward. Niculae Ghionea made in the 59th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Roberto-Carlos Petrović. Albano Quilino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Walery Balkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Albano Quilino notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Mafia Koniaka's Walery Balkiewicz. Walery Balkiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mafia Koniaka's Wincenty Parajewski was substituted for Polentzi Coviella. Mafia Koniaka's Ziemowit Sidorowicz was substituted for Stasio Wyrzykowski. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Kurt Österberg got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Walery Balkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derman Cruchet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Mafia Koniaka's Lúcio da Silva to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan Basaik despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 83rd match minute, KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niculae Ghionea to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Albano Quilino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Balkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute of the match KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ got a corner. Mafia Koniaka's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albano Quilino ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Mafia Koniaka's goalie and right to Niculae Ghionea. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Mafia Koniaka's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mafia Koniaka's goalkeeper Walery Balkiewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mafia Koniaka's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albano Quilino was slow to take the kick. During this time KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's players had a chance to rest. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Albano Quilino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Walery Balkiewicz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Derman Cruchet who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Walery Balkiewicz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Many of KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ may have spent more time on the ball, but Mafia Koniaka were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
