KS Piast Cieszyn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Nevada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 6th minute Vicente Nevada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boguslaw Kaczanek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Bitcoin Elbląg getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Sylwester Nowacki hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ergincan Genişyürek in the 12th minute of play forced Bitcoin Elbląg's goalkeeper Jurek Dudek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 minutes, Vicente Nevada made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. KS Piast Cieszyn's Boguslaw Kaczanek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Bitcoin Elbląg's Vicente Nevada in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Grzegorz Witwicki made in the 39th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Pacho Maldini immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ergincan Genişyürek in the 41st minute of play forced Bitcoin Elbląg's goalkeeper Jurek Dudek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vittorio Sgarbi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jurek Dudek came out and tried to block the shot, but Vittorio Sgarbi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 44th minute. In the 47th minute, Vicente Nevada left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bitcoin Elbląg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. After the first half Bitcoin Elbląg were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ergincan Genişyürek was the one to do the kick off. Boguslaw Kaczanek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Nevada in the 53rd minute of play. Boguslaw Kaczanek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Nevada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vittorio Sgarbi took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jurek Dudek. Jurek Dudek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 2-5 when Vicente Nevada sped through KS Piast Cieszyn's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Boguslaw Kaczanek. Boguslaw Kaczanek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Nevada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Bitcoin Elbląg's Vicente Nevada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boguslaw Kaczanek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Boguslaw Kaczanek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Nevada in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Bartlomiej Adamus managed to get in a good position for a shot. KS Piast Cieszyn's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartlomiej Adamus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jurek Dudek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bitcoin Elbląg made a substitution. Przemyslaw Wojtkiewicz replaced Remigiusz Klimkiewicz. KS Piast Cieszyn's Andrzej Gierasik was substituted for Bartlomiej Adamus. Bitcoin Elbląg's Remigiusz Brack was substituted for Jean-Philippe Messe. Jurek Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Best Speed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Óli Turek hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bitcoin Elbląg booed when KS Piast Cieszyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Nevada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Boguslaw Kaczanek made a huge save. When Remigiusz Brack came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Bitcoin Elbląg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigiusz Brack couldn't finish the play. The Bitcoin Elbląg players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
