A very good chance for a goal. 23 minutes into the match, CACYFA's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Paskal came free, but Luis Quirce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Quirce was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Victor Paskal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Victor Paskal really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Luis Quirce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Salbatore in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute Victor Paskal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Quirce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 played minutes CACYFA got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Jerico. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Paskal in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Quirce saved CACYFA from getting behind. With a little luck, CACYFA's Luis Quirce got control of the ball when Clodoveo Sugoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Quirce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Sugoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Czornomaz made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Victor Paskal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luis Quirce was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Salbatore in the 52nd minute of play forced CACYFA's goalkeeper Luis Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duarte de Sena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Larpe in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to CACYFA getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. After some careless play in the CACYFA defense, Jaime Frechoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luis Quirce. The CACYFA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luis Quirce should have stopped the shot. Luis Quirce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Sugoi in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 73rd match minute, CACYFA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xu Feng Wei to maneuver through the defense. CACYFA's Alfredo Emeterio was substituted for Adrian Czornomaz. The corner was taken by Romeo Sanduru in the 86th minute. The corner ended in Romeo Sanduru almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Duarte de Sena did a great save. Luis Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Marino, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, CACYFA's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Marino came free, but Luis Quirce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Chico came free, but Duarte de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Angelino Chico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's Duarte de Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Emeterio in the 94th minute of play.
