An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fábio Rocha in the 2nd minute of play forced PLASNIKE's goalkeeper Hector Olando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led PLASNIKE's Adán Campos to fire away a dangerous shot which Higinio Aguilera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Abelardo Domenec hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 13 minutes of play, PLASNIKE's Silverio Huly made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Higinio Aguilera was left in no man's land by his defense there! The corner ended in Adán Campos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Higinio Aguilera did a great save. Higinio Aguilera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Lesardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Celedonio Lesardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Aguilera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Aguilera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Huly in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, PLASNIKE's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fábio Rocha came free, but Hector Olando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Luís Fábio Rocha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Olando. PLASNIKE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Fábio Rocha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Abelardo Domenec got a free kick in the 30th minute. Higinio Aguilera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adán Campos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adán Campos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Higinio Aguilera made a huge save. Lorenzo Cordarrell made in the 40th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Celedonio Lesardo. With an all-out effort, PLASNIKE's Higinio Aguilera threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Celedonio Lesardo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Adán Campos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Higinio Aguilera made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Luís Fábio Rocha made the kick off in the second half. Hector Olando came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Luís Fábio Rocha. But to his dismay, Luís Fábio Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Higinio Aguilera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Duardo in the 57th minute of play. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Jyrki Sillanpää was substituted for Luís Fábio Rocha. If Alcides Baros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silverio Huly in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Aguilera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 65 minutes into the match, PLASNIKE's Silverio Huly sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Higinio Aguilera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Los Hijos de Doña Beija getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Indiana Jones hit a great ball. In the 74th minute Silverio Huly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Aguilera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Hijos de Doña Beija were furious when Indiana Jones was red carded, 80 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Higinio Aguilera had in the 81stth minute some difficulties stopping Adán Campos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
