Kryspin Cupial was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abraham Beauval who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Kryspin Cupial when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 44th minute Junior Quintana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziemowit Harasimowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Junior Quintana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziemowit Harasimowicz having to interfere. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Désiré Alberto was substituted for Patryk Kopacz. Cosa nostra Lyon's Kryspin Cupial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Kubler in the 82nd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Karl Kubler notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Cosa nostra Lyon's Kryspin Cupial. Kryspin Cupial was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cosa nostra Lyon's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Les Pionniers de Touraine had won, even though Cosa nostra Lyon had held more of the ball.
