La Pointe Courte's supporters rose to their feet, but Roch Felenak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrien Tanneau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Roch Felenak came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the La Pointe Courte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roch Felenak couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Roch Felenak took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Adrien Tanneau to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as La Pointe Courte's Roch Felenak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adrien Tanneau. That made the score 2-0 after 11 minutes of play. With his leg Adrien Tanneau managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when La Pointe Courte's Roch Felenak fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Valette Stars's Adrien Tanneau got control of the ball when Roch Felenak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jolan Galindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Chaine, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With his leg Adrien Tanneau managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when La Pointe Courte's Roch Felenak fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 35th minute, Roch Felenak reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adrien Tanneau. The goal made the score 4-0. Adrien Tanneau made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Roch Felenak sent off a good shot on target. La Pointe Courte's Roch Felenak got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Valette Stars's zone, Roch Felenak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrien Tanneau came out of the goal and Roch Felenak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrien Tanneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Felenak in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roch Felenak to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Roch Felenak put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Adrien Tanneau. Roch Felenak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roch Felenak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, La Pointe Courte's Jolan Galindo got control of the ball when Rafail Rusev tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Roch Felenak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrien Tanneau. Valette Stars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roch Felenak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 68 minutes into the match, Yves Leite had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrien Tanneau. Valette Stars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yves Leite was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. 71 minutes into the match, Valette Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Leite came free, but Adrien Tanneau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josué Pagueguy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrien Tanneau having to interfere. La Pointe Courte's Yves Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yves Leite in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrien Tanneau saved Valette Stars from getting behind. La Pointe Courte's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
