Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amine Philibert kicked off to start the match. Gustave Souchu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Laget in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Frédéric Courtial hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Deus Ex Machina getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Darren Auguin hit a great ball. Fabien Nunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Bouzat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Frédéric Courtial had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gustave Souchu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Laget in the 15th minute of play. Deus Ex Machina's Fabien Nunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Deus Ex Machina from getting a goal against them. Gustave Souchu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amine Philibert's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Renan Bouzat kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Amine Philibert put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gustave Souchu. Darren Auguin hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Fabien Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Bouzat in the 38th minute of play. Fabien Nunes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mihail Toader in the 43rd minute. Fabien Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyrille Melon in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Deus Ex Machina were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cyrille Melon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Renan Bouzat notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Deus Ex Machina's Fabien Nunes. Fabien Nunes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabien Nunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyrille Melon, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the game, R.C. Marseille's Cyrille Melon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabien Nunes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Fabien Nunes came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by R.C. Marseille's Renan Bouzat. But to his dismay, Renan Bouzat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. R.C. Marseille made a substitution. Djibril Mourot replaced Mihail Toader. Fabien Nunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyrille Melon, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes Deus Ex Machina got a freekick which was hit by Darren Auguin. After 81 minutes R.C. Marseille's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frédéric Courtial who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Song Xing Le in the 84th minute of play forced Deus Ex Machina's goalkeeper Fabien Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amine Philibert got free with Gustave Souchu in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustave Souchu was a little too slow when Amine Philibert got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 3-2. In the 91st minute, Cyrille Melon made a precise shot to the right of Fabien Nunes. Deus Ex Machina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. After recieving a nice pass, R.C. Marseille's Renan Bouzat tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that R.C. Marseille were the better team. R.C. Marseille's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
