Despite this Adhemar Souto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathias Guerra in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adhemar Souto saved Ceilândia Futebol Clube from getting behind. Aírton Veiga took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adhemar Souto. Adhemar Souto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Caetano de Carvalho fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceilândia Futebol Clube's protests and gave Caetano de Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. Ceilândia Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathias Guerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nildo Paes in the 95th minute of play forced TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Paulo Victor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 97 minutes, Teofil Gorzkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofil Gorzkiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
