When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gugu Mandrak made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Perivaldo Loyola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Campos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Fred Fantini hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The supporters of Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- booed when A.C. Paulistano - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Perivaldo Loyola couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fully deserved thier win.
