In the 3rd minute Qiao Kun Guo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Osomo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Osomo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qiao Kun Guo in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ture Rosendahl hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Gol Legal FC's goalkeeper Kemalettin Erbatur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Örjan Björkdahl. Örjan Björkdahl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Kemalettin Erbatur made a huge save. 29 minutes into the match, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Loyola came free, but John Osomo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Örjan Björkdahl looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Gol Legal FC's Allan Prestes got a free kick in the 39th minute. The long shot by Ture Rosendahl in the 40th minute really tested Kemalettin Erbatur's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Kemalettin Erbatur came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Örjan Björkdahl. But to his dismay, Örjan Björkdahl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Örjan Björkdahl kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kemalettin Erbatur. That made the score 3-0 in the 48 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Kemalettin Erbatur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Björkdahl in the 54th minute of play. Örjan Björkdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qiao Kun Guo got free with John Osomo in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gol Legal FC were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antoni Borkowski took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Antoni Borkowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this John Osomo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 62nd minute Falcão Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Osomo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Örjan Björkdahl in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kemalettin Erbatur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kemalettin Erbatur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Björkdahl in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Örjan Björkdahl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kemalettin Erbatur was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ made a substitution. Matías Azevedo replaced Örjan Björkdahl. Gol Legal FC's Nicolas de Brito was substituted for Antoni Borkowski. After 75 played minutes Gol Legal FC got a freekick which was hit by Benê Recife. Gol Legal FC's Kemalettin Erbatur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Azevedo in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ were awarded a corner. Ture Rosendahl went to the cornerflag to take it. 80 minutes into the game, Matías Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Kemalettin Erbatur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kemalettin Erbatur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Azevedo in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to Gol Legal FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Zeca Magalhães hit a great ball. Matías Azevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kemalettin Erbatur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matías Azevedo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gol Legal FC's goalkeeper Kemalettin Erbatur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kemalettin Erbatur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Matías Azevedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kemalettin Erbatur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edgard Dubardo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 97 minutes into the match, Gol Legal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matías Azevedo came free, but Kemalettin Erbatur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Many of Gol Legal FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Gol Legal FC may have spent more time on the ball, but PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
