Ronaldo Fenomeno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gino Tonić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Ronaldo Fenomeno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gino Tonić was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, Perivaldo Loyola notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Miau Stars's Abdulkadir Eraslan. A collision led to Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jerônimo Moreira hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gino Tonić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arlindo Queiroz struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Gino Tonić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miau Stars. After a rather tough play, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Luiz Capixaba got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Velin Golubarev made a kick off. In the 51st minute Zé Carlos Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdulkadir Eraslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdulkadir Eraslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vidmantas Ubartas in the 52nd minute of play. Miau Stars's Abdulkadir Eraslan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Carlos Vaz in the 55th minute of play. With a little luck, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Gino Tonić got control of the ball when Ronaldo Fenomeno tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arlindo Queiroz hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Abdulkadir Eraslan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Loyola, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. It was Perivaldo Loyola who took care of the corner kick. Gino Tonić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Fahlmann in the 93rd minute of the match. João Vítor Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Miau Stars for a fine match.
