Miau Stars's Abdulkadir Eraslan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's Zeca Lima sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giovani Dantas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Hermínio Cavalcante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Pedrinho Fahlmann came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Miau Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedrinho Fahlmann couldn't finish the play. A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Giovani Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrinho Fahlmann in the 28th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Pedrinho Fahlmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miau Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedrinho Fahlmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giovani Dantas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stasio Wisniewski kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 34th minute Arlindo Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovani Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Feliks Maruda got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Zeca Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedrinho Fahlmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giovani Dantas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedrinho Fahlmann ran back to his position shaking his head. Giovani Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrinho Fahlmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Constantin-Maximilian Vennegoor Of Hesselink made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Pedrinho Fahlmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giovani Dantas was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Paulistano - DMZ's Hermínio Cavalcante got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Yılmaz Candar hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute of the match Arlindo Queiroz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giovani Dantas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 88th minute Miau Stars were awarded a corner. Arlindo Queiroz went to the cornerflag to take it. Arlindo Queiroz made a great header on Miau Stars's corner, it was just that A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Giovani Dantas managed to reach the ball for a save. Yılmaz Candar kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giovani Dantas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Miau Stars players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
