Vitinho de Barros took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Breno Vergílio. Breno Vergílio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Breno Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Paulista in the 10th minute of play. Breno Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Elivélton do Nascimento took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinho Azevedo. Claudinho Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 21st minute, Douglas Paulista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Breno Vergílio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After a rather tough play, Barbieri Sports's Luiz Guilherme Xavier got a free kick in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin da Mata got free with Claudinho Azevedo in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Breno Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doğaner Doğu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With a little luck, Cambotinha EC's Claudinho Azevedo got control of the ball when Benjamin da Mata tried to sneak it across the goal line. Barbieri Sports's Breno Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Novaes in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Vitinho de Barros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Breno Vergílio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Claudinho Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin da Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinho Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murilo Saraiva in the 44th minute. Barbieri Sports's Breno Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitinho de Barros in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Cambotinha EC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vitinho de Barros to make the kick off. With a little luck, Barbieri Sports's Breno Vergílio got control of the ball when Douglas Paulista tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elivélton do Nascimento in the 53rd minute of play forced Cambotinha EC's goalkeeper Claudinho Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinho Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 60 minutes, Murilo Saraiva made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Cambotinha EC's Claudinho Azevedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Breno Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitinho de Barros in the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elivélton do Nascimento in the 81st minute of play forced Cambotinha EC's goalkeeper Claudinho Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Barbieri Sports's Elivélton do Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudinho Azevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. In the 86th match minute, Cambotinha EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yan Santana to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Novaes, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Breno Vergílio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Claudinho Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin da Mata in the 90th minute of play. Carlos Cascarella kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Vitinho de Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th match minute, Barbieri Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin da Mata to maneuver through the defense. Cambotinha EC played a much better game than Barbieri Sports and deserved their victory. The Barbieri Sports players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
