In the 6th minute, one of Seterma Tractors:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Seterma Tractors. Patrik Sikström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Ramalho in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Juventus EC's Ziemowit Dembowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patrik Sikström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juventus EC's Bilbo Arzube played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademir Tande in the 21st minute of play. In the 33rd minute Fran Yeste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Sikström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Seterma Tractors's goalkeeper Patrik Sikström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ademir Tande blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bilbo Arzube having to make a save. 40 minutes in the game Nilton de Queirós did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Enéas de Toledo.
