Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin da Mata in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrik Sikström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 5th minute Boruc Sokolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Sikström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Barbieri Sports's Boruc Sokolski in 5 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Patrik Sikström guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 8 minutes into the match, Seterma Tractors's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Sokolski came free, but Patrik Sikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Breno Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enéas de Toledo in the 10th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raphael Alvarenga got free with Patrik Sikström in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patrik Sikström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin da Mata in the 15th minute. In the 20th minute Barbieri Sports were awarded a corner. Ramiro Novaes went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Barbieri Sports's Ramiro Novaes to fire away a dangerous shot which Patrik Sikström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Barbieri Sports's Breno Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acácio Santana in the 22nd minute of play. Patrik Sikström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elivélton do Nascimento in the 27th minute of the match. Seterma Tractors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Boruc Sokolski scored to the left of an out of position Patrik Sikström, making the score, 1-0. Breno Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Benjamin da Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 played minutes Barbieri Sports got a freekick which was hit by Elivélton do Nascimento. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute Ademir Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Seterma Tractors's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Sokolski came free, but Patrik Sikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Boruc Sokolski sped through Seterma Tractors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patrik Sikström.
