MAGNIFICOS.FC's Júlio Arósio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save MAGNIFICOS.FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin da Mata got free with Júlio Arósio in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to MAGNIFICOS.FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gláuber Vianna hit a great ball. Valério Ortiz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Breno Vergílio having to make a save. Breno Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Barbieri Sports's Breno Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valério Ortiz in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute Valério Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Octavio Carballo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalkeeper Júlio Arósio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boruc Sokolski. After 38 minutes Barbieri Sports's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Octavio Carballo who took care of the corner kick. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Octavio Carballo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Breno Vergílio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 43rd match minute, Barbieri Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Barbieri Sports's Boruc Sokolski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Júlio Arósio. That made the score 1-1 after 47 minutes of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin da Mata to strike the kick off in the second half. Alexandre Carvalho's late challenge caught a MAGNIFICOS.FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandre Carvalho helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Barbieri Sports's Alexandre Carvalho got a free kick in the 56th minute. Octavio Carballo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin da Mata in the 66th minute of play forced MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalkeeper Júlio Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavio Carballo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breno Vergílio having to interfere. Breno Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Macedo in the 71st minute of play. In the 75th minute Benjamin da Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Benjamin da Mata made a precise shot to the right of Júlio Arósio. MAGNIFICOS.FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Boruc Sokolski put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Júlio Arósio. MAGNIFICOS.FC made a substitution. Frank Teixeira replaced Octavio Carballo. In the 83rd minute, Jeremias Macedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MAGNIFICOS.FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Breno Vergílio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Jeremias Macedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Breno Vergílio. Jeremias Macedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. Júlio Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Sokolski, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 90 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Barbieri Sports's Boruc Sokolski fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The Barbieri Sports fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MAGNIFICOS.FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
