Manole Miulescu started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aladin Miner during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Armageddon booed when CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aladin Miner didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Miulescu came free, but Helmuth Miner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Manole Miulescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armageddon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Armageddon booed when CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aladin Miner didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Inocencio Hondo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Helmuth Miner showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marko Ööpik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Popcorn Miner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helmuth Miner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Miulescu in the 20th minute of play. After 22 minutes, Manole Miulescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Armageddon and the CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Armageddon's Manole Miulescu got a free kick in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manole Miulescu in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helmuth Miner saved CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM from getting behind. In the 26th minute Popcorn Miner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Ööpik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armageddon's Marko Ööpik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Brașoveanu in the 28th minute of play. Alex Brașoveanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marko Ööpik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Pavel Nurme kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Popcorn Miner in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marko Ööpik saved Armageddon from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Popcorn Miner put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marko Ööpik. In the 39th minute Manole Miulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmuth Miner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giancarlo Antognoni in the 40th minute of play forced CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalkeeper Helmuth Miner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Armageddon's zone, Popcorn Miner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marko Ööpik came out of the goal and Popcorn Miner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Armageddon's Qian Jie Yuan was substituted for Gunnar Westerstrand. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Popcorn Miner was the one to do the kick off. Helmuth Miner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manole Miulescu in the 58th minute. Manole Miulescu scored 1-2 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Helmuth Miner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Armageddon's Michel Legdeur was substituted for Manole Miulescu. In the 69th minute Olaf Kööp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmuth Miner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Helmuth Miner made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Michel Legdeur sent off a good shot on target. Michel Legdeur's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Helmuth Miner firmly grabbed it by the left post. Helmuth Miner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Kööp in the 88th minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Michel Legdeur rounded CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. Dodorol Miner charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dodorol Miner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Armageddon had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
