Iso Gulli started the match with the kick off. Léo Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iso Gulli, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Léo Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iso Gulli in the 5th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, KAFSONAS F.C.'s Renato Fernandes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francesco Toldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Léo Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paavo Hirvonen in the 15th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Porvoon Futura's Paavo Hirvonen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léo Velloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 20 minutes, Renato Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KAFSONAS F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Fernandes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Renato Fernandes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Francesco Toldo made a huge save. The supporters of KAFSONAS F.C. booed when Porvoon Futura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jari Litmanen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francesco Toldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kleanthis Basinas, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iso Gulli in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Léo Velloso saved KAFSONAS F.C. from getting behind. Iso Gulli might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Léo Velloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iso Gulli ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute Porvoon Futura were awarded a corner. Henrik Höijer went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Porvoon Futura's Henrik Höijer to fire away a dangerous shot which Léo Velloso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Porvoon Futura's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Renato Fernandes scored to the left of an out of position Francesco Toldo, making the score, 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iso Gulli in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Léo Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iso Gulli might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Léo Velloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iso Gulli ran back to his position shaking his head. After 43 played minutes Porvoon Futura got a freekick which was hit by Aleksis Lahikainen. In the 48thth minute of the game Iso Gulli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KAFSONAS F.C.'s Léo Velloso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 51 minutes of play, KAFSONAS F.C.'s Makis Zikas made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francesco Toldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francesco Toldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Makis Zikas, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. KAFSONAS F.C.'s Léo Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iso Gulli in the 61st minute of play. After 63 played minutes Porvoon Futura got a freekick which was hit by Paavo Hirvonen. Makis Zikas hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Léo Velloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iso Gulli in the 68th minute. Iso Gulli who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Léo Velloso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Porvoon Futura's Iso Gulli got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iso Gulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Léo Velloso managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Porvoon Futura's Iso Gulli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 81 played minutes KAFSONAS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Konstantinos Thomakos. Porvoon Futura's Ruben Valkenaers was substituted for Iso Gulli. In the 82nd match minute, KAFSONAS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstantinos Thomakos to maneuver through the defense. Francesco Toldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theofanis Mikros in the 84th minute of play. Léo Velloso made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Ruben Valkenaers sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, KAFSONAS F.C.'s Léo Velloso got control of the ball when Ruben Valkenaers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Porvoon Futura were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after KAFSONAS F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Henrik Höijer took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Seppo Jokela heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 93 minutes into the match, Porvoon Futura's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Fernandes came free, but Francesco Toldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Ruben Valkenaers put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Léo Velloso.
